  • TY48 Turbo Yeast is a blended yeast and nutrient product that easily allows you to create neutral bases for blending or distillation. Carbon filtration or fining is recommended.

    • FD-3 for fruit fermentations
    • GR-2 for very neutral spirits
    • HG-1 for very high gravity fermentations
  • Lallemand CB-1 can easily complete fermentation of high gravity bases with high tolerance for alcohol and acidity.
  • Red Star Premier Cuvee has a high alcohol tolerance, low foam rate, and low H2S production, making it well suited for Neutral Alcohol Bases, such as seltzers.
  • Yeast Vodka Turbo is an active dried distillers yeast with an extremely low congener profile for production of rounded base with a clean finish.

  • Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) is an inorganic source of nitrogen and phosphates to help stimulate healthy yeast growth and ensure complete fermentation.
  • Fermentis NAB-2 is a unique formulation for producing neutral alcohol bases from pure sugar.
  • MicroEssentials Complete TR Tablets is a two-stage time release tablet to deliver the proper dose and composition of nutrients as needed throughout fermentation.
  • Maxinvert is an invertase enzyme solution that hydrolyzes sucrose to fructose and glucose. This reduces fermentation lag by providing more fermentable sugars at the very beginning of fermentation.
  • Nalco 1072 Kieselsol is a liquid colloidal suspension of silicon dioxide in water that has been specially formulated for the rapid sedimentation of yeast and other haze-forming particles in finished beverages. Can reduce residual color post fermentation. Vegan.
