  1. Each person attending needs to complete the registration form
  2. Payment upfront is required to secure your registration. Please send your payment details to accountsnz@medtechglobal.com to ensure payment is being allocated accordingly.

  4. Booking of a course is recommended at least one week in advance.
  5. Failure to attend without 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee will be charged.

  7. There will be morning tea and afternoon tea for these courses.
