Registration Form- Future Planning Workshop 
The Future Planning Workshop will provide carers with information and tools to plan ahead. This includes:
  • understanding and implementing your Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, Enduring Guardianship, Advance Care Plan and Finances,
  • learning how to have future planning conversations with your family and,
  • knowing where to get further support.
There will also be a range of community services available on the day for attendees to speak to.
