How EWON Can Help You

Carers NSW are hosting two information sessions presented by representatives from the Energy and Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON). These sessions will cover:

  • What EWON do and how they can help
  • Rebates and concessions
  • Water and energy saving tips
  • How to resolve disputes you may have with your electricity, gas or water provider

You will require access to a computer with speakers (a microphone and video camera are a bonus). Training is delivered using the ZOOM platform. Carers NSW will send you instructions about how you can join the session on the day before each session.

The duration for this information session is 60 minutes and will include an opportunity for questions.
