Art Space @ Carers NSW

Art is a process of learning to create ourselves and experience the world in new ways. Art opens the heart and mind to possibilities and fuels the imagination. Creating art can take your mind off life’s many stresses. It clears some head space and allows one to focus on the good in life. Art Space is a creative space for carers to come together, inspire each other, learn new things, and connect through art.

This is a self-guided space, hosted by the Carers NSW Health and Wellbeing Officer.
