DairyNZ Scholarship Application

Thank you for taking the time to apply for a DairyNZ Scholarship.

To be eligible you must:

  • be intending to study an approved course at either Lincoln University or Massey University

  • have NCEA Level 3 or higher

  • be a New Zealand Citizen or New Zealand Permanent Resident.


 

We will ask for:

  • your personal details

  • intended course of study

  • an outline of your awards and achievements to date.



You will need to write two short essays (3000 character max each):

  1. outlining your proposed future and any present involvement in the New Zealand dairy sector

  2. demonstrating your leadership skills and/or your involvement with community, sports, and other activities.



The following documents will need to be uploaded:

  • a covering letter explaining why you are applying for this scholarship

  • your current NCEA results – your NCEA Level 3 results can be emailed to DairyNZ once received in January.

  • evidence of New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residence, e.g. NZ Driver's License or passport

  • a testimonial/reference from your school to support your application. Please note that if required this can be sent directly to DairyNZ via email undergradscholarship@dairynz.co.nz or posted to: Education facilitator, DairyNZ, Private Bag 3221, Hamilton 3240.


This online application cannot be completed on a smartphone or tablet and you cannot save and return to this application later.
