Community Interest Register:
Another way to join the conversation

WE ALL HAVE EXPERIENCES MANAGING OUR HEALTH
Whether these are positive or could be better, we want to hear from you, so we can improve your experience of primary health care services in the future.

The Community Interest Register (CIR) is Adelaide PHN’s database of community members who wish to be alerted when we are consulting with the broader community about our priority areas. We will email alerts to the community members on the register when there are opportunities to participate in surveys, forums or workshops where community can contribute their own experiences and ideas.

The CIR is of a casual nature. Community members may or may not be reimbursed for their participation in register activities. People who are listed on the CIR are not members of Adelaide PHN.

The CIR invites anyone who is passionate and has lived experience in the following Adelaide PHN priority areas to sign up:

• Aboriginal health
• Alcohol and other drugs
• Childhood and youth health
• Consumers and carers
• Culturally and linguistically diverse people’s health
• Health and disability
• Mental health
• Older people’s health
• Palliative care
